Shipping costs

Free shipping within the USA on our "Coffee of the Month" special! Shipping for regular orders is a flat rate of only $3.00. It’s a way to say thank you for being our customer and putting your trust in us. We work around the clock to get orders out as fast as possible. Depending on the size of the order, delivery times may take anywhere from 2-4 business days.

*During Holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer with USPS and UPS delays.

How long does it take orders to ship?

All orders are roast-to-order and hand packed. Our value comes from being able to provide the freshest coffee available on the internet. The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee.

Because of this, coffee orders will take 1-5 business days before our roasters are ready to ship them. Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the destined location via standard ground shipping by USPS. All orders come with tracking information that we update your order with, which will trigger an automatic notification from our store to you.

International shipping costs

International shipping rates are determined using the USPS's cheapest rate. You can go to their website and get a calculation at https://postcalc.usps.com/

Select "Calculate the price based on Shape and Size" and use 2lbs for the weight and use the zip code 60462 for where you are mailing from.

After that, you will see all the different rates. We use the least expensive which is usually "First-Class Package International".
